The Raval centre

The Filmoteca de Catalunya is located in one of the oldest districts in Barcelona, El Raval, very close to the Rambla de les Flors and the Liceu Opera House on one side and to Paral·lel Avenue and its theatres on the other.

Having opened in 2012, the Filmoteca de Catalunya contains two projection rooms, exhibition spaces, a film library (Biblioteca del Cinema), a bar-restaurant and a bookshop.

Advantages of personalised season tickets:

• Advance ticket booking one week ahead (up to one day before the showing), with a maximum of two tickets per showing;

• Reduced rate of €3 for one companion;

• Free guided tours of the exhibition for the holder and one companion;

• Free access to the Film Library (not valid for FILMO10)

• 5% discount at the Film Library bar-restaurant, La Monroe, and the bookshop (for book purchases only);

• Delivery of the monthly programme on paper by regular post (not valid for FILMO10 subscribers);

• Emailed newsletter;

• Discounts and exclusive promotions;

• Any other offers deemed appropriate by the Filmoteca’s management.

• Season tickets are valid from their date of issue except for the annual FILMO10 one that expires at the end of the year.
